Cancellation Policy
Birthday party deposits can be refunded with cancellations made at least two weeks in advance of your scheduled party date. Cancellations made less than two weeks in advance, have a non-refundable deposit. We are happy to help you reschedule a party due to illness. If we are closed because of inclement weather on the day of your scheduled party, you can choose between a deposit refund or reschedule your party for a different day.
